The founder and principle is Clive Graham-Leigh, a coach and management development professional. Clive was a senior operations manager, responsible for a multi-million pound regional retailing operation in the South-east of England, before moving in 1981 into developing people as the best route to improve business results. Professionally trained as a Management Development trainer, he is a deeply experienced coach, trainer and consultant, with practical experience of the realities of operations management, profit and the demands of production.

In Clive's career as a professional coach and trainer, as well as multiple retail, he was employed in the public/charity sector with children's charity Barnardo's, and in the UK blue-chip commercial sector with Diageo (then GrandMet) and with British Airways.

Clive has been a coach and business consultant since 1992, with major clients in the manufacturing, public, financial services and commercial world.
